Thanks for shafting your original supporters!!

Why would you not provide your original supporting customers an upgrade option from your older versions for either free or a reduced cost?!? Bad practices and why would you complain about "those stupid customers" vs fixing your app?? Do you realize those "those stupid customers" pay you bills?!?
